E1. Project management (IRTA, all)

The Grant Agreement enter into force on August 28^th, 2019. The Kick-off meeting was held on October 29, 2019, at IRTA Torre Marimon (Caldes de Montbui). Five External Monitor Meetings have been held, providing regular oversight and guidance. Coordination among beneficiaries has been facilitated through multiple technical meetings, held both in person and via Teams, to address specific issues and monitor task progress. The initial plan was to submit a Progress Report by December 31, 2020, but during the first monitoring meeting, it was decided to replace this with a Midterm Report instead. This report was submitted on June 30, 2021. EASME validated the Midterm Report in September 2021.
